Green Innovation as a Mediator between Green Human Resource Management Practices and Sustainable Performance in Palestinian Manufacturing Industries

Green human resources management (GHRM) is a critical research issue that has emerged in recent decades. This study aims to investigate the effect of GHRM practices on sustainable performance, with green innovation as mediating variable, manufacturing firms Palestine. To this end, model was developed, and self-administered questionnaire designed distributed random sample top personnel The assessed via partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using Smart-PLS software, based 58 responses. revealed practices, innovation, performance are implemented at moderate level. Moreover, results confirmed have significant positive effects performance. also positively significantly affect innovation. partially mediates relation between present conceptual framework guideline for policymakers how use strengthen employees’ commitment environment order maximize Furthermore, provides holistic view performance; such perspective considered foundation future directions empirical evidence about relationships these variables.
